– 1 drizzle of honey
+ For the Savory Toast:
– 1 slice of whole-grain or sourdough bread
– 1/2 avocado, sliced
– 1 fried egg
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Red chili flakes (optional)
– Fresh parsley or cilantro leaves
* Instructions:
1. Prepare the Sweet Toast:
– Toast the bread until golden brown.
– Spread peanut butter or almond butter evenly on the toast.
– Arrange banana slices on top.
– Sprinkle granola over the banana slices and drizzle with honey.
2. Prepare the Savory Toast:
– Toast the bread until golden brown.
– Arrange avocado slices on the toast.
– Fry an egg to your preferred doneness (sunny-side up works well).
– Place the fried egg on top of the avocado.
– Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
– Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
