How to Use

1. Gather a generous amount of guava leaves, rinse thoroughly, and place them in a pot.
2. Add enough clean water to last through your menstrual period.
3. Boil the guava leaves until the water turns a rich brown, similar to the color of black tea.

Usage:

• Keep the mixture in the pot. Warm up and drink one glass in the morning before meals and another glass in the evening before bed.
• Start this regimen on the first day of your menstrual cycle and continue until your period ends, then stop.

Note: For enhanced potency, add a washed Aidan fruit to the guava leaves before boiling.
