Ingredients:

– 2 x 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 2/3 cup powdered sugar
– 3 tbsp whipping cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 24 Oreos, crumbled
– 2 cups heavy whipping cream
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (mix of milk and semi-sweet)
– 1/3 to 1/2 cup whipping cream
– 12 Oreos, broken into pieces
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 12 Oreo cookies, for decoration
– 2-3 Oreos, crumbled for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
Pour into the baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add powdered sugar, whipping cream, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the crumbled Oreos gently.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Combine whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture.
