Mouthwatering Garlic Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup chicken broth or water
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
For the Stir-Fry
1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Directions:
Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Steam the Broccoli: In the same skillet, add broccoli with a splash of water. Cover and steam for 2–3 minutes until tender but still crisp. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, honey, chicken broth, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
Combine Everything: Return the chicken and broccoli to the skillet. Pour in the sauce and stir well. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and broccoli.
Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds or a drizzle of sesame oil, and enjoy over rice or noodles!
Notes:
Add extra vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for more color and flavor.
For spice, toss in some red chili flakes or sriracha!
